I noticed in the site that there are two different dates the registration will open. Can you confirm which date is correct?
    Many thanks, Kathryn

There was a techically issue with the registration system, so we had to push it back a couple weeks.

Registration will be up January 15th.

Having looked over the event and party rules, I'm puzzled by some of them. At one point it says breath, electrical, and fire play are all banned. immediately afterward it says electrical play is "above the waist" only (a rule that is usually only doled out to the rankest of newbies, EVERY experienced electricity top I know will play above the waist to one degree or another) and that fire play is okay within DM guidelines, which are not given.

Since most ball gags constitute at least a mild form of breath play, I have to assume there are other parts of the rules that either lack articulation or a final decision.

I'd be very interested to know on what basis these play styles are banned or limited to lowest common denominator restrictions. As someone who plays with stun guns on his own pectoral muscles, I especially find the electrical play rule utterly uninformed. At least with the commonest electrical toys, the primary danger and risk management issue is medical condition of the recipient, not where the current goes, and this is completely ignored by the rules as written.

Good for the goose, but not the gander, eh?

Mike, I was asking for a clarification. If MorTis wants to have rules that don't make sense to me after a clarification, it's still his party and he gets to make the rules he's comfortable with. It'll have little if any bearing on whether I go, just on what I do when I get there.

If you don't like the rules at my parties even after I've explained them, please show me the same respect. I'd do the same if it was your party.
